Our firm has some office space we would like to sublease. We would prefer subleasing to attorneys, but will consider individuals from other professions. We have three offices and two secretarial work areas available. Each office is furnished (although tenants are welcome to bring their own furniture). Each office is equipped with its own telephone line and data line. Rental includes our receptionist's services in answering phones and taking messages, as well as use of our suite's two conference rooms and kitchens. We are located in the Mellie Esperson Building in Downtown Houston. There is parking available in the building and in several garages and lots in close proximity.
