We wish to swap our 4BR/3Bath house in Montrose/Midtown Houston for a 3BR/2Bath house in Aberdeen, Scotland for 1 year, commencing in April 2008. Our house is a 1920's Craftsman Bungalow located near downtown and just 4 blocks from the shops and restaurants of Westheimer. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living/dining area and kitchen opening onto paved rear patio. There is a two-car garage and small grass side yard. There is also a 6-foot security fence and remote gate to driveway. Central heat/AC, pets OK. Photos available on request.
