I have a 3 bedrm, 2 bath. 2 living areas can make one a formal dining plus , both living areas are about the same size. the master is not a large master, but does have have a private bath, the yard is 1acre but looks and feels larger. thre is a workshop , and enough parking for 2 car + boat and rv. there is a large gate to get your boat or rv to the space. the house is an older brick home built in the 80's, and needs some small repairs. it is a great starter home for a growing family, and is in a very safe neighborhood. what i need is a house that is ready to move in to , that doesnt need repairs , i need a small house, almost a cottage type house. because it is just myself. the value of the houses in this neighborhood are gong up because they are building newer houses in the few lots they have left. the area is growing like crazy. i need to be in the magnolia , or waller or tomball area. you would have to like to be in the growing magnolia area. i am willing to go towards plantersville, but not all the way out. so i guess if you need room and can fix a few things , and have a house that you have in good shape but have grown out of. i will consider a mobile if it is in great shape and hopefully on a slab . and has some pretty but easy plants and flowers , my yard is hard to handle and you are allowed to have horses, thre used to be a barn here. i dont have any pic's right now but will get some on here asap. if interested please e-mail me at daniels5930@yahoo.com
