I have a 2700 sq ft home. 4 bedrooms, 2 1/1 bath, 2 car garage in quiet neighborhood (three lakes east) in Tomball right near Spring TX. I need to downsize because it is just my son and I now and I am looking for a 1 story home in zip codes 77379 or 77375. My asking price to buy would be 140,000 but also looking to swap for smaller home in same area but established neighborhood. If interested pls email back.
