Hello! My boys and I are in desperate need of a place for rent in the Damon area. I can afford up to $550 a month(maybe a little more if the place is right). I am waiting on my W-2 to come in and my refund to be deposited and then I am good to go. If you have a 3/1 or 2 then that's ok too...lol A little about me and my kids. I am 31 and disabled but I do work from home for extra income and receive disability. Bills will be taken care of! My kids are 12 and 5 and both are very well behaved. (no crayons on the wall!) I have a cat that is an indoor/outdoor cat (no litter odor!) and he does not claw carpet...just his scratching post! If you have a home, or know of someone that does and it is coming up for rent soon then please give us a chance. Thank you for your time!
