Lady needs small private room, preferably with some furniture.
I am trustworthy, pay rent on time, will never intrude upon your privacy and will never abuse your property. I am extremely quiet and clean. I do not own pets, but do love animals. I do not currently have a "significant other" in my life. I will never invite a guest into your home with your expressed consent. I will NEVER would have a sleep-over guest in your home. You will know if I have plans which would require me to be away for more than one night. I won't just disappear on you, leaving you not knowing when I will return. My diet is very light; I do not cook. I do use a microwave and may occasionally use an electric hot water pot. I do use a toaster.
I prefer to rent from a homeowner (single family home, townhome, condo) as opposed to renting from somone who is renting.
