I'm a single mom, professional, 42 years old with a 9 year old son and I want to rent a home with another single mom or dad who has a son around my son's age. I need two bedrooms, one for me and one for my son. I can go up to $600/month. I have a small, well behaved, housebroken dog. I smoke but don't necessarily have to smoke inside.
