Hi! I'm searching for an apartment in the Heights area (preferred) or Shepard/Kirby area. I want to find a place/area that

I'll feel safe living in. I have specific needs such as: laundry facility on-site, a parking spot (not on the street please)...and

for it to be clean. It would be a nice bonus to have some or all utilities included (ie: water, electric or internet) but is not

necessary. I'm hoping to find something soon (mid-February) and would like a fairly flexible lease like a six-month lease

to start off with but am not opposed to a one-year lease. I'd like to pay NO MORE than $750/month, depending on the

size of the apartment, what utilities are included (if any), etc.

If you think you may have something I'd be interested in, please let me know. Photos would be great but will obviously

view the place in person. I hope to hear from someone soon! :)
