I am looking for a RESPONSIBLE and CLEAN, male roommate to help defray some of the bills. Someone who values and lives a healthy and fit lifestyle, TOTAL NON-SMOKER/NO-DRUGS/SOCIAL-DRINKER is ok, and do not have a problem with one dog (Alaskan Malamute) in the house.
I have a house in Cypress, TX, just 5 minutes from 290, inside a subdivision called Cypress Point Lake Estates. This is a great neighborhood and the house is big enough for 2 or 3 people (2600 sq ft). The house is 15 minutes from Willowbrook Mall or HP Corporation. Less than 10 minutes to Cy-Fair College. There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment businesses nearby.
The rent I am looking for is a flat $300 per month plus 50% of all utilities (electricity, water, telephone, gas, and cable/internet). Depending on the month of the year, your share would approximately be around $100-$150. You're approximate total rent would be about $400 to $500 per month.
