I have a room for rent in my 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. House is 2600 sq feet with patio and BBQ, community pool, HDTV, xbox360, ps3, ping pong table, and even a kegerator. There are 3 of us living here now.. We are professionals in our early 20s, straight males, and all good friends. Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and a professional or current student.
Location is about 12-15 minutes to main woodlands area (mall/bars/gym), 8 minutes to grocery stores, and 37 minutes to downtown.
$400 a month plus 1/4 utilities (about $90/mo).
