Hey whats up peeps! Happy New Year! I am cool, laidback, hard working, funny, down to earth 26 year old guy looking for a HONEST, reliable roommate between the ages of 18 - 26 to share my 3 bedroom house with.
The house is slightly over 1900 sq feet with plenty of room. The bedroom is HUGE 15 x 18 with a decent size closet and connecting bathroom. Currently empty but if furnishings are needed, I can accomodate. The other room I use as a home office. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and older. Accessible to Highway 6, 59, beltway, I-10, and highway 90. I iwll work with the person on rent any where from $350 - $450 including utlities, cable, and internet.
GREAT PLACE! I work alot however I party also. I am pretty clean, most of the time the house is 95% clean. My future room mate should be responsible, down to earth, reliable and straight up honest.
