Male professional recently transferred overseas looking to lease the 3rd floor of my three story townhouse! Must be willing to share second floor kitchen, living and dining room with a responsible, clean and professional male on the 1st floor.
The third floor consist of two rooms-- a master with a master bath/shower & walk-in closet and a second bedroom with it's own full bathroom. The third floor also has an exposed area which can be used for a study, TV or game room. The house is approximately 2200sqft.
You will also have access to the 2nd floor which is where the kitchen/dining/tv/etc is.
Living room & dining room furniture located in the second floor will not be included. This is for $1500 (includes the cost of utilities).
New townhouse close to Memorial Park as well as midtown and many bars/restaurants. Easy access to I-10, Hempsted Highway, I-45, Old Katy Rd., Memorial, 610 Loop, etc.
