All utilities (water, gas, electricity, cable) are included in the rent. This is for a bedroom in a 3 bedroom/2 bath 1400 sq. ft. house. Renter would have use of half the garage as well. All wood floors, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Looking for someone to move in early March. No animals, no smoking. The back yard has a deck with a Koi pond. If you have a washer and dryer, I will lower the rent by $25 per month. Male or female. The third bedroom has a treadmill and television, serves as a workout room which you are free to use.
I am a 27 year old male. I work in construction/accounting. I am currently going through a divorce, but this will not effect the housing situation as I will be keeping the house outright. I have no pets.
