Hi, I am a seeking a female roommate. This is a unique situation in the fact that we are a couple but my better half is either on the road for work months at a time, or when in town and working, working 12 hour days and 14 days straight. When he is in town and and not working, he is usually busy fixing things around the house or in the garage or on the computer in the office area.
So, more than a roommate, I am really looking for someone on this side of town to hang out with. We don't need the money, I need to speak to someone other than my dog on a daily basis! I too travel a lot, but when in town work sometimes and spend a lot of time at home. On the weekends I do have friends over for bbq's and to hang out by the pool or go out. A lot of times, they spend the night rather than drive back to midtown which is where most of my friends live.
I am looking for someone in their late 20's to early 40's...someone that is clean and respectful, but not a stick in the mud. You would have at least two rooms upstairs and a whole living room all to yourself, so we would not be under each others feet. There are 4 bedrooms, a living room and two baths upstairs. They are furnished but we could move some things around to accomodate you.
This would be the ideal situation for you if you are recently single, tired of living in an apartment, tired of living alone, etc. I am willing to consider month to month or short term lease.
The home is close to La Porte, Deer Park, Pasadena,Baytown, Clear Lake, Kemah, Galveston, Pearland, Friendswood, Johnson Space Center, NASA.
