Hi potential roommate!
I am a young professional male looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean roommate.
The house was completed a year ago. It is two stories, has a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, washer and dryer, internet, security system, cable, and dishes.
The room is about 12x12 and has a walk in closet, and its own private bathroom.
The house is down the street from U of H and about 1 mile from TSU. The house is approximately 3 minutes from midtown and downtown.
You can rent short term or long term if you want. Since I have bad allergies, no animals with hair, fur, or feathers allowed. Also, no drama please! :)
