It's a one story, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom recently remodeled home. I'm renting out the 2 guestrooms. The unfurnished guestroom will become available in a few days on 3/01/08. ALL BILLS PAID, including cable & wireless high-speed internet, your $500 covers EVERYTHING except your grocery bill (food, detergent, toiletries). Among other amenities are a wholle-house Water Softener, Reverse Osmosis filtration for drinking water, and endless hot water supply. Guestroom has 2 closets, ceiling fan, cable outlet, etc. You’ll have access to a beautifully remodeled shared guest bathroom and other common areas like fully equipped remodeled kitchen, living room w/high ceilings, utility room w/new high efficiency washer & dryer, covered patio w/ceiling fan, etc., etc., etc. I’m a laid back, self-employed, clean, dog-loving, non-smoker, non-drug user, quiet, healthy male who doesn’t look his age...I think :) I’M LOOKING FOR: super-clean, quiet, hard-working, sociable, well-mannered, extremely polite, considerate and responsible individuals who would not constantly have people over, and who would be respectful of my home, my property, me and my loveable well-behaved miniature dachshund. Neat freaks are strongly encouraged to apply. You'll be treated with the dignity & respect that you deserve as a guest/roommate in my home unless, of course, you turn out to be the roommate from hell :)
