I am looking for a responsible, non-partying college student to sublease my room too. It is a 1250 sq. ft. apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. A washer/dryer is in the unit. It will be furnished, has microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of cabinet and closet space. Walk-in closet, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The utilties run about $75 for cable and electricity. I would require a deposit of $200 which will be given back if apartment is kept neat. I am very clean and would like to keep my apartment looking great. No parties, drinking or smoking allowed in apartment. If interested please contact me.
