I need a room mate. I have a 1680 square foot house in Langham Creek School District, 3 Bed Rooms, 2 1/2 Bath, 2 car garage. You must be professional, You must have a job, you must be respectful. Sorry but no pets please. Smoking is okay but you will have to smoke outside or in Garage.
$600+utilities w/500 down payment, Half the utilities which include water/gas/electric.
Also you must pass a background check.
