Seek one or two roommates to share my home: modestly furnished with modern furniture, aesthetically pleasing environment with art, design and color; all amenities, share kitchen, living, dining, study, laundry, garage, patio and large backyard. Home is located 6 miles from Texas Medical Center off 288, a short, 12 minute off hours drive to Montrose.
Prefer 20s, 30s person(s)who does not have a lot of stuff; who likes a lively home with an occasional dinner party; no TV junkies, heavy drugs or super party-ers. I have an awesome loving black lab who is well-trained and stays either by my side or in his kennel (when necessary). You must be a night-time sleeper; no smoking inside please.
I have had straight and gay roommates most important is that you are a pleasant human being. Rent is based on going market rate and have been told that this is a very good deal for $450 all bills paid. Will lower rent to $300 if there are 2 roommates as there are 2 rooms available. Month-to-month, no lease. Deposit is, of course, required.
