I am offering a room for rent in my 2 br 2 bath apt. Females only. Walk in closet, private bathroom, Non furnished room, all bills paid. No pets, cable & comcast high speed internet(youll need a cable modem) Brand new carpet and paint. I plan on buying a washer and dryer soon. Im a professional hisp male w a fulltime job. You must be clean, neat tidy, well organized, and have a fulltime job. I dont party too much or have many people over. Im 420 friendly lol my friend said I should mention this. And dont think I just want some random chick to move in with me, Its just I have an empty room, could use the money, and I dont get along w guys at least not enough to live with.
