We are headquartered in Houston. Our focus is to provide on-site and remote IT support along with a full compliment of technology services. Our ability to effectively execute at a macro and micro level, as well as our knowledge and understanding of multiple technologies required to work together for customers to run a more productive enterprise, separates us from our competitors. We have a diverse base of technology minded customers that provide ample opportunity for our engineers to recognize and advise clients on technology based solutions that will make their businesses run more effectively.




We have an immediate full time opening for an experienced IT Professional who is looking for a strong, growing company that will reward the execution of challenging work. There is plenty of room for growth and advancement. Specifically, we are looking for experience and skills in these areas:




Great troubleshooting skills on workstations, networks and servers with the ability to produce solutions.




Ability to work independently with a team of technicians




Ability to provide solutions to problems.




Have at least 3 years of experience working on Microsoft Workstation platforms




Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Preferred




Excellent oral and written communications skills




Basic knowledge of WAN, LAN and WLAN networking




Knowledge and experience with Active Directory management.




Documentation skills with focus on knowledge base management.




All applicants must have reliable transportation to visit customers on-site within the Houston area, although travel time is kept to a minimum in order to maximize client service time. This is a hands-on job. This position may require extended work weeks (more than 40 hours). This position will require participation with rotating remote after hours on-call schedule. The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent computer skills, and ensure compliance to all Company and program policies and procedures.




Compensation includes mileage allowance, health insurance, dental insurance and 401K.

Qualifications:




- Bachelor's Degree in related field (preferred, but not as important as experience and certifications)


- Microsoft certifications (preferred)


- Good troubleshooting skills


- Good communication skills


- Minimum of 3 years professional experience




Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 DOE
