Laser Shot is a fast-paced high tech, fast growing technology and manufacturing company that specializes in the shooting simulation idustry, providing products and services to the U.S. Military and Law Enforcement markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Not your typical Tech Support position; includes the installation of company products, support trade shows and industry demos. Ability to train customers in product set up and operation. Additionally, responsible for being a team player in the Technical Support department and assisting in Video Production for the company. Responsible for assisting incoming service calls; troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining PC hardware/software, peripherals, imaging devices and other proprietary products. No restrictions on travel in U.S. or internationally; must be comfortable with travel.

Qualifications:

*Military or Law Enforcemnt experience preferred but not mandatory.

*Two years experience in PC hardware/software support.

*Ability to multi-task to include product assembly and video production set-up.

*Great attention to detail.

*Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

*Ability to conduct themselves in a highly professional manner.

*Must be dependable and able to work collaboratively and actively participate in a fast-paced environment.

*Willingness to travel.
