Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consultant

Location : Dallas, Texas

Must be a Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION expert.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned as needed.)

Support Microsoft Dynamics NAV application and distribution specific add-on module

Specify, develop and implement data interfaces for financial, inventory and sales operational data

Provide ongoing support for data interface

Consult head office staff and regional competence center in data mapping between SAP to MS Dynamics NAV

Create full technical documentation as well as user manuals for data interfaces

Development of Microsoft Dynamics NAV application via defined change management procedure, specification of modifications and testing of releases

Administrate Change Requests and Error Log forms and Support Database

Ensure system security, data consistency and accuracy and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley

MARGINAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in user group and focus team meetings that analyze and help to define modifications for specific areas, processes and modules to enhance user performance and comfort

Manage version control and object movement with developers and local project managers

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education requirement � Bachelor in business, accounting or IT

Experience requirement � 1 year development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV�s C/SIDE environment

Other requirements � General IT skills

Schedule requirements - Ability to work a variety of rotational shifts/days off, which may include some holidays and weekends
