POSITION SUMMARY




The hosting support technician manages systems and client support for a


growing web hosting company. Must be dedicated to superior customer service


in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This involves system and network


problem analysis, operations optimization for systems including Linux and


Windows in support of client requirements, process standards customer


support across all platforms.




DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES




• Provide superior customer service and support to both external and


internal customers..


• Possess understanding of systems including Cpanel, H-sphere, and Plesk,


network and database administration and web-site hosting.


• Possess superior written and verbal communication skills.




$8-$12 an hour DOE
