Overview:
VideoVistas.com is seeking a technical support specialist.
Job Summary:
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing world-class support to existing and prospective VideoVistas.com customers. The Technical Support Specialist responds to customer inquiries via phone, email and web, diagnoses and analyzes problems, and provides solutions to customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Provide telephone-based and electronic (email/web-based) technical support for the VideoVistas.com video browser extension.
* Create and contribute to the development and maintenance of the VideoVistas.com knowledge base.
* Represent VideoVistas.com to customers in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications:
* Four year College degree.
* Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent customer service skills (with at least 1 year support experience).
* Experience in Windows operating systems and managing web sites on Microsoft server platforms.
* Programming and SQL experience a plus.
* Quick learner and team player.
