A reputable staffing company located near the Galleria area has an excellent employment opportunity for an experienced staffing professional. We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial, professional self-starter to work under minimal supervision in a small business corporate environment. You will source, qualify and recruit information technology (IT) professionals. Additionally, you will develop new clients and manage some existing client relationships. Responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates through referrals, �head hunting� and job boards

Posting and managing employment ads online

Cold calling and prospecting new clients

Business development

Conducting phone and in person interviews with candidates

Meeting with clients and enhancing our business relationships

A Bachelor�s Degree along with current staffing experience is required. IT experience is preferred but not required. Compensation will include base salary plus commission and bonus. Benefits include Health Insurance, training and vacation.
