My company, Ashoka Lion (www.ashokalion.com) is actively trying to build our current alliances and partnerships with real estate agents. With the market hitting a rough period, it would be nice to offer some supplementary services.

We offer a programs to help build our alliances:

Resell our Property Management Services:

Many agents are unable to offer complete property management services because they do not have the team to help them. However, if you utilize our company, we will give you a residual income from the transaction (10% of our fee) on a monthly basis for the properties that you recommend. You can grow relationship with investors, and instead of alienating them with bad property management service, you can provide a entire team. Additionally, you can retain the leasing on MLS and sign. However, if we lease then we will split the leasing bonus (50% of 1 months rent).

We offer:

a) Extensive Marketing on the leases: I have regular advertising on Greensheet, Houston Press, Section 8, and online databases, so I get calls all the time more then just a MLS listing and a sign (which you would provide).

b) Bilingual Staff

c) Degreed Accountants to reconcile expense

d) Web based platform for owner reports

e) Rent collection

f) Billing of all services

g) Coordination with contractors

h) Tenant Screening
