Houston, USA: Field Agent - Property Management

Residential property management company looking for a highly motivated field agent to assist with the following duties but not limited to:

- make ready inspections

- appointments with tenants for : deposits, move-ins, move-outs

- scheduling maitenance and follow-ups

- tenant relations

- filing evictions and appearing in court

- effectively handle property owner requests and maintain strong relations

- updating internet and web advertising

- taking pictures of propeties

Requirements:

- High School education

- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

- Must know Houston and surrounding areas

- Good Time Management

- Willing to work some Saturdays

Work hours would be between 8:30 - 5:30 with a maximum of 40 hours per week.

Pay is $10-12/hr plus opportunity for bonus.
