I am a recruiter for the WorkSource. On behalf of the employer I am searching for qualified candidates to fill the position below.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts.

Three Year's experience providing case management in domestic violence and/or sexual assault program; or working with ar-risk population.

Demonstrated proficiency in speaking/reading/writing Spanish to be able to communicate effectively with clients.

Knowledge of laws relating to domestic violence and sexual assault.

Knowledge of community resources to assist at-risk populations.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients.

Bilingual Caseworker provides advocacy for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault by: Conduct intakes with initial clients to assess needs and determine if agency can meet client's specific needs.

Provide Crisis intervention through hospital and court accompaniments and answering 24-hour hotline as needed.

Develop and manage service plan with client; conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client case; and prepare documentation of services provided.
