The part time RN positions are paid per visit rates that are above the average home health agency pay rates.

Requirements:

Must have current license in the state of Texas.

Must have home health experience.

Must follow company policy in timely documenting visit.

Home visits require travel within 50 mile radius.

Proof of current Texas driver's license.

Proof of current automobile liability insurance.

Proof of current CPR certification.

Proof of annual TB test or equivalent.

Must be able to pass a through background check.

Must be dependable and trustworthy.

Must be committed.
