We seek an Account Coordinator to assist the Account Managers in servicing agency clients. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: issuing requests for estimates, opening jobs, obtaining client approvals, updating flowcharts/budgets and providing status reports.

Qualifications:
. 2-3 years of advertising or agency experience, preferably in food, retail, restaurant industry
. Strong computer skills (especially Excel) with research and analytical ability
. Demonstrated ability to multi-task
. Absolute attention to detail and follow through a must
. Excellent client-interaction and presentation skills, plus ability to travel to client meetings
. Working knowledge of client interaction, web and print production, media, managing budgets.
