Sanders\Wingo, a national advertising agency specializing in urban/multicultural marketing for Fortune 500 companies seeks candidates for the Account Supervisor position.

Ideal candidates will have three to five years of advertising agency account management experience. Large agency of multicultural agency experience is desirable, but not absolutely required. In addition, candidates must have a consistent track record of managing account structures along with a solid understanding of financials, production and team building. Experience in the telecommunications, financial services and automotive categories is also desirable.

The Account Supervisor position will be responsible for:

� Effectively serving as the nexus between client and agency

� Supervising the planning and execution of advertising for clients

� Building strong/lasting client relationships based on progress in achieving client marketing objectives efficiently

� Consulting with creative, media and planning staff to clarify client goals and craft strategic solutions

� Delegating without giving up control or responsibility

� Providing team leadership � setting the standard for other account service personnel

� Ensuring client believes the agency always provides value-added services

� Spearheading short- to mid-term projects in areas such as analysis, project planning and production

A bachelors degree in advertising, communications or a related field is required.
