Customer Service Manager � Oil & Gas Industry

Our client is one of the highest quality rated nuts, bolts and gaskets manufacturer. Our client is in search for a Customer Service Manager for their Inside Sales Team.

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for effective direction and supervision of inside sales activities.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

Plans and arranges work of assigned employees for the most effective use of personnel to meet schedule requirements. Follows progress of work, checks efficiency of employees, instructs and/or reassigns personnel as necessary to obtain proper flow of work. Anticipates or investigates causes of delay or inadequate performance; takes corrective action within the limits of established practice.

Develops good relationships between company and customers. Makes sales calls on customers to develop rapport. Acts as liaison; brings customer problems and ideas to the attention of top management. Assists in answering telephone inquiries of an urgent or sensitive nature. Audits telephone orders to insure correctness and completeness of information. Will assists Vice President of Sales and Marketing in advertising and sales promotion programs.

The Customer Service Manager will carry out a supervisory responsibility to train and direct 10 customer service representatives.

Qualifications:

No less than 5-10 years experience, must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
