WhiteFence, one of the fastest growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, business-focused, service-minded individual to join our dynamic company as an In-house Corporate Attorney.


Responsibilities:


- Preparation, review and negotiation of contracts, including:


o Service Providers participating on the transaction platform


o Channel distribution relationships


o Strategic business relationships


o Technology use and licensing


o Internet Marketing relationships


o General operations contracts


- Participating in all aspects of company acquisitions


- Working on corporate financings


- Conducting internet marketing and industry research


- Analysis and oversight of regulatory compliance issues for all aspect of business


- Research and Analysis of new and existing lines of business


- Assist with strategic initiatives of the Company




Requirements:


Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited Law School


3-5 yrs of experience in Corporate law and business transactions


Extensive contract and acquisition experience with a medium to large law firm.


Strong drafting and document management skills


Outstanding organizational skills


Attention to detail
