Our Services
Employment Practices Solutions provides a variety of training and consulting services, including live and web based training, investigations, complaint hotlines, audits, mediations/facilitations, expert testimony and one-on-one counseling to employers around the country. Those who deliver our services, Consultants, have an extensive background in employment law yet do not currently practice law, having chosen instead to work with organizations to proactively limit their exposure to complaints and lawsuits in the area of employment relations.
Mission/Philosophy
EPS’ sole mission is to assist organizations in preventing and correcting employment claims while enhancing employee relations. Our strength is our team of experienced employment attorney-consultants. Our goal is our client’s peace of mind.
Current Consulting Opportunities and Requirements
EPS is currently looking for consultants in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. If you meet the requirements below, please send a writing sample, training sample or evaluations, resume, and references to eps@epexperts.com.
• An employment attorney with a minimum of 5 years experience;
• An entrepreneurial risk taker;
• A talented, knowledgeable, and experienced trainer and communicator;
• Rock solid in your knowledge of all elements of human resources law.
Consulting Details
EPS enters into consulting agreements with independent contractors to provide human resource consulting services to clients of all sizes including training, investigations and a host of other employee relations services. EPS consultants do not practice law. Most consultants choose this line of work to be in control of their lives and achieve work-life balance. The hours that each consultant chooses to work are flexible – ranging from full time to several days per week.
Ideally, EPS consultants have a comfort level with marketing and client development skills. Possession of a strong network of potential clients within the metropolitan area is an enormous plus.
Additionally, we are experiencing an increasing demand for services delivered in Spanish and the ability to speak Spanish would also be welcomed.
