Job Duties:
Provide world-class customer service to all customers.
Always respect others.
Up-sell and cross-sell to customers.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Build customer confidence with knowledge of products and services.
Processes customer payments using POS system.
Provides assistance in copy, printing and packing services
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Pack and ship customer items.
Must qualify for Texas Notary when required.
Preferred
Experience in working at a The UPS Store/Mailboxes, etc. or other retail postal service business is a plus.
