5006E – Compression Marketing Development Manager





Employee will be based in Houston, TX; reporting to the Director of Compression Marketing in Houston, TX.





Scope of Work:


Increase market share of the Waukesha Engine products by marketing to end users and engineering firms who design, package and/or use gas compression packages units.


Interface within Waukesha Pearce Industries, its Engine Division Regional Network and Waukesha Engine Division (WED) Sales/Marketing along with Waukesha Distributors and Packagers regarding gas compression projects for contract/lease and end user owned gas compression.








Minimum Qualifications:


Must have 2 years previous experience in a like field (petroleum industry).


Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.


Bachelors Degree in applied discipline preferred.





Requirements:


Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its’ objectives.


Must be computer literate, a Window’s based environment preferred. (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Must have the ability to work flexible hours, days, and weekends (as necessary).


Must be dependable and able to work independently.


Must maintain a professional appearance and good client relations.


Must have a current driver’s license and acceptable driving record per WPI insurance carrier standards.


Must have the ability to travel and stay overnight.


Must have good public speaking skills. Required to attend industry functions, trade shows, conventions, and etc.


Must stay current on product updates, pricing and issues
