Our staff of 4 Account Representatives/Project Managers, need an additional staff member to assist in supporting their efforts to provide outstanding service, project consultation and project oversight, to our clients.

The job duties range from performing secretarial duties -- typing & making travel arrangements, fielding calls -- to doing take-offs from architectural blueprints, creating detailed unit number schedules and interfacing with copywriters, interior designers and printers to obtain project input & pricing information and to facilitate the performance of outside work on our projects.

The person we are seeking would be detail oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, a committed team player, proficient in the standard computer software programs, including Word & Excel. A good candidate would have experience working in an office environment, possess good communication skills and be thick skinned with a healthy sense of humor!
