We are currently seeking skilled professionals that are looking to establish a long term career as a financial planning professional. This individual must have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with clients/potential clients. The aptitude to interact successfully with various types of individuals and motivation to generate business is imperative. Commitment to our training program and desire to continue the education process of keeping current with the constant changes affecting the financial services industry is a must.




Southwest Financial Alliance focuses on training its associates to become financial planning professionals that have the expertise to deliver a wide range of financial planning services to its clients. Our firm's objective is to deliver financial planning solutions based on our client's needs whether it's a basic or sophisticated financial plan, family protection, retirement planning, or corporate solutions. The spectrum of services is wide: ranging from investment management, trusts, asset protection, insurance, living benefits, college education and much more. Willingness to prepare for state and FINRA licensing is a must.




Benefits: Compensation packages include salary, commissions, bonuses, and expense reimbursements. We offer a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include: medical/dental plan, life insurance plan, long term disability plan, pension plan, 401 (K) plan, and deferred compensation.
