Drywall Company seeking mature, organized and detail oriented individual to assist owner with accounting duties. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Construction Draws
A/P - Issue Purchase Orders, match invoices and delivery tickets with purchase orders. Validate invoices for payment.
Prepare contract employee payroll (1099), maintain personnel and job related files, prepare bank deposits.
Necessary Skills:
QuickBooks Pro Experience - Working knowledge and bookkeeping skills (Absolute Must)
MS Word and MS Excel
3+ years Accounting experience
Must be detail oriented, organized, work well under pressure and is able to meet deadlines.
Must be mature, dependable and trustworthy
Must work well with little supervision as well as within a team
Ability to take direction well
Bilingual is a plus
Construction background is a plus
Background check will be conducted
References and work history will be verified
Small, family oriented, Non smoking office
This positions reports directly to the Office Manager/Owner.
