Houston, USA: Spare Parts Coordinator

Job responsibilities:

-Cooperate with the service manager and TCE in order to secure qualified spare parts supervision of installation and service work when applicable.

-Process customer inquires into quotations.

-file and track quotations into sales orders.

-Coordinate with after sales buyer to procure parts

-Handle contact from customers requisitions spare and pricing information.

-Assisting SPM in spare parts inventory work & agreement work.

-On-Call for after hours calls every other month.

-Handle customers expediting inquiries.

You will be the direct buyer to purchase materials, service or components related to shop or job orders. Also Buy materials and so forth when Buyer is not on hand.

And the deputy to spare parts manager.

Experience:

-Minimum 2 years experience in parts sales and inventory in related industry.

Oil/Gas exp. a plus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
