UPDATED FEB 22, 08, Once a person owns it, ya still must pay $113, every month, to cover the maintenance fees. This fee includes use of the pool, landscaping of the common areas, parking areas (limited parking), WATER AND ELECT ARE INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY FEE. And don't forget, ya also get a yearly bill from your local tax assessor, since ya do own it. 2007 property tax total was $164.49 for the year, in addition to the monthly fee paid. This area should go up in value with all the development in the area. Excellent location on the North side of the lake and WITHIN walking distance from a public boat ramp. The rental price is the TOTAL price, face it, I am not getting rich off this boat slip.
